• All vendors must register individually. A two-person “team” producing a single product may qualify as a single exhibitor. If two exhibitors share one booth space, both are required to pay an entry fee.
• For each exhibitor, a $80.00 fee is due for early registration (received by 5:00 pm Friday, August 28th). A $100.00 fee is required for all other registrations postmarked August 29th through the day of the show. Registration is allowed on the day of the show.
• No commission will be charged on vendor sales.
• One assistant per exhibitor will be admitted free.
• Unless otherwise notified, all artists are accepted.

Monetary prizes will be awarded. To be eligible for awards, exhibitor must preregister and select medium category by Friday, August 28th. Any vendors who register after this date will not be eligible for judging. Competition Registration and Medium category descriptions are enclosed with this registration brochure.

• All display equipment must be provided by exhibitor, i.e.: tables, chairs, clotheslines, rope, easel, etc. There are no booths, but the large shady park provides sufficient space for your display preference.
• The marked-off space will hold a 10 x 10 tent.
• The Scottsboro Three Arts Club will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any kind by any cause.
• Art exhibition will be held rain or shine, unless EMA and/or City of Scottsboro declares weather emergency and notifies us to close.
• No entry fee refunds will be given in the event of rain or event cancellation.
• Electricity is available in limited supply and will be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.

King Caldwell Park is a public park owned by the City of Scottsboro with a paved walking trail, playground and pavilion. For this reason, spaces for Art Sunday are not marked until the Thursday before the show. Please do not select and/or set up your space until after 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 2 Spaces are first come, first serve and will NOT be assigned. You may go to the park at 6pm on Wednesday to mark your spot for the show on Sunday. You may set up anytime between 6:00pm Wednesday Sept 2. until 9:00am Sunday Sept 6th.

ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY 9:00 AM ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 6th.

Set-up: All exhibitors must check-in at the back of Scottsboro Public Library at the purple tent by 10:00 am the day of the show. Scottsboro Public Library is located at 1002 S. Broad Street. You will receive additional show and awards information at this time. Any vehicles to remain in the park must be approved by a Scottsboro Three Arts members and must remain in the same spot until 5pm.

No vehicles will be allowed back in for dismantling of booths before 5:00 pm.

VENDORS WILL BE DIRECTED BY THREE ARTS MEMBERS FOR BREAKDOWN AND CLEAN UP!

• Painting / Drawing / Printmaking: 2D artwork such as paintings, sketches, ink drawings, or prints (e.g., watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, screenprints, etchings).
• Sculpture: 3D works created by carving, casting, or assembling materials (e.g., metal, stone, clay, found objects).
• Ceramics: Clay-based work that is kiln-fired (e.g., pottery, mugs, vases, bowls, decorative ceramic pieces).
• Mixed Media: Artwork combining multiple materials or techniques (e.g., collage, paint with fabric or paper, layered or textured pieces).
• Woodworking: Items primarily made from wood (e.g., furniture, carvings, turned bowls, decorative wood pieces).
• Photography: Photographic images captured digitally or on film (e.g., portraits, landscapes, black & white, edited or unedited photos).
• Graphic Arts: Design-based or illustrated work (e.g., digital illustrations, posters, typography, logos,
  vector art: 3D Printing, tshirts, buttons).
• Jewelry: Wearable pieces (e.g., necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings made from metal, beads, resin, or stones).
• Fiber Arts: Textile-based work (e.g., quilts, weaving, embroidery, macramé, knitting, crocheting).
• Handmade Goods: Handcrafted items not listed above (e.g., candles, soaps, leather goods, home décor, small crafted products).
