Held in King Caldwell Park in Scottsboro, Art Sunday features nationally recognized artists and emerging, local creators from across the Southeast.
Festival goers have the opportunity to shop the work of artists and makers of all kinds. Along with arts and crafts, the event offers musical entertainment, children’s activities, photography contests, and food and beverage vendors.
Art Sunday is held the Sunday before Labor Day each year at King Caldwell Park in Scottsboro, Alabama. The proceeds from the show are used to serve the community through art and educational endeavors.
Many programs and institutions benefit from Scottsboro Three Arts funding, such as: Violin lessons for 3rd grade students, field trips to plays, ballets, and symphonies, college scholarships for a graduating senior, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, the IMPACT Learning Center, Scottsboro Public Library, and Veterans Memorial Park of Jackson County.
Children’s Activities
We love seeing families at Art Sunday, so we have placed several Children’s Activity spots throughout the park. From balloon art to hair tinsel to woodworking with Home Depot and Love Luggage with Unclaimed Baggage, there will be something fun for the kids in your group. Look for the purple tents to see what activities we have at Art Sunday this year!
Entertainment
Take a shopping break and enjoy performances by talented singers, dancers, and musicians from our local area! The entertainment stage is located near the back of the park, closest to the food vendors.
Vendors
Each year, more and more great vendors join us for Art Sunday in King Caldwell Park. We welcome artists and craftsmen of all types - painters, jewelers, woodworkers, potters, and many more. More than 120 vendors participated in Art Sunday last year.
Food
Come to the park hungry and grab a snack, lunch, and dessert from one of our many food vendors at Art Sunday!

Are you savvy with a camera? Enter our annual photo contest and show us your best work! Admission to Art Sunday is free with a photo contest entry!
